Xerox FundXtra will close at the end of 2018 – members have a range of options

Options request form

Xerox FundXtra is in the process of being wound up by the Trustee and members have a range of options for dealing with their FundXtra account.

A letter has been sent to all members along with an explanatory leaflet and an Options Request Form.

The Options Request Form enables you to request more information in respect of the option(s) you are interested in. It should be returned by 31 July 2018.

What happens next?

If you do not choose one of the available options or you do not complete all of the paperwork for your chosen option by 30 September 2018 your benefits will be automatically transferred to the Legal & General Buyout plan.
